Okay, so I'm not sure if this is expected or weird, but repeated runs
of:
* Export from SVN
* Tar up directory
* md5sum tarball
Return different things... Oh, crap. I've figured it out: SVN keywords
are different every time. So, that explains why the .dsc is wrong: the
.orig.tar.gz was built against an earlier checkout, and then I checked
out again to actually build it, which resulted in different code.
I've now uploaded a new package, and confirmed that everything matches.
I think this is just a process issue that I need to improve, and I'll
try and learn enough to work out what I should be doing here.
In other words, your off-by-one was expected, and I believe I've
corrected the situation for the time being.

Post-release :) But the one on tilecache.org should now match the one on
mentors, and the one on mentors matches the one in the .dsc file, I
believe.
