weird. I have no idea what would cause that... Let me poke at it and see
if I can figure out why. (I was fighting with things for > 2 hours last
night, and have honestly lost track of what I did/didn't do at any given
time, so it's possible I bungled something somehow.)

The tarball on tilecache.org is produced via the setup.py sdist
mechanism, against a non-clean tree. (The same one was used to build
the eggs, so it has extra crap in it.) The .orig.tar.gz is directly from
downloading the SVN tag, and running 'tar -zvcf' against that directory. 

Once I get a tarball that works via dget, I'll change my 'publish a new
release' mechanism to use the same files as the .orig.tar.gz. (I've
changed my process 3 times is twice as many days, so it's all a bit in
flux.)
