Looks better.  Found a missing newline at the end of
geos-2.2.1/debian/libgeos-dev.install when reading the diff, and added
it.  I also added a line stating my sponsoring in the changelog.

I've built and uploaded the package now.  It should get into NEW in a
minute.  I've also made it available from
<URL:http://developer.skolelinux.no/~pere/debian/packages/>.
