I had a look at the package in
<URL:http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/g/geos/>, and have a
few questions.

 - Why are a lot of the Makefile.in files changed? Would it be better
to move these changes into separate patch files like dpatch?

 - What is the effect on reverse dependencies when a new libgeos-c1 is
   introduced?

 - Why are debian/rules full of commented out dh_* commands? I
suggest removing the parts that are unused.

As always, my sponsoring preferences are available from
<URL:http://developer.skolelinux.no/~pere/debian-sponsoring.html>.
Well, at least the one I have been able to write down so far. :)
