[DebianGIS] gdal package

Hi,

How is it possible to know how the gdal package was compiled ? 

I want to know if it was with the "--python-ng" or the '--python'
option.

In the case of the latter one, how should it be possible to have an
official gdal package with the --python-ng option ?
