Just adding Silke in the loop. AFAIK, we will need to re-build
grass against
libgdal1c2-dev
whenever the package will be available on sid, right?
Is there only an ABI change in 1.2.6 -> 1.3.1, or a API too?
In the second case libgdal1c2 is not a great choice for the
new library...
