reading this now again I realize, that we dont need to list the
translators on the wiki. We can, but the wiki is just the source for the
English original and the translations are stored elsewhere (=in git)
so I believe we can just store the translation copyright notes there
(and put them in the generated manuals).

I also like his proposal, frankly I dont care how we do it, I just care
we stop doing this busywork.
