From their site it is not obvious to me what they do.
But personally, I'd be happy to fill my 1BR flat in Jackson
Heights with hackers at no cost to them. I could squeeze in
up 20 people who bring their sleeping bags. If we find
20 similarly minded people we can put all delegates up
privately, though under very crammed conditions.
