When you request it to the release team, you can quote my support based on the following rationale. === * This dvipdmf-x code currently in jessie broke the released note as we released. * Considering extremely complex nature of texlive, isolating problem into a small patch is unrealistic effort. * Current released code fixes the problem and allows to build the release note. The module code nature of texlive should make this safe change. In light of this, please include this into the upcoming point release. === Regards, Osamu
