Hi,
I and other members of debian-l10n-italian are working on Italian
updates.

what is the "reasonable timeframe"?

Other questions:

We don't have write-access on svn; who can does the commits for us?

From the header of a po:
>>># FIRST AUTHOR <EMAIL@ADDRESS>, YEAR.

Many strings are traslated for other person, but in the po there isn't
their names. Where are available the names of old italian traslators?

>>>"Project-Id-Version: PACKAGE VERSION\n"
is there a value for this header?
