Of course.  No German translator in French translation either.

I am talking many translator in a language (My "Debian Reference"
French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish has many active translators with
one lead translator.  Some translator contributed and evaporated :-)
But lead one is keeping good contact with me.

I keep these lead one are listing their name in the second author tag
so their me and e-mail are accessible to the audience.
