Ok. I could probably talk first about the DDP (with information

It's quite difficult to do. However my main idea is that while
there are no other index.XX.html besides the english one (i.e. no
translations) keep it that way. When there are more languages english
could have just link to the english documents and other languages would
have links only to the language and english version (due to the english
one being almost always more up-to-date)

That's not that much difficult to do... but I will need to change
how it's done (the index.pl script currently looks first for language
and after for format).
