Only for changelog etc.

How about:

 /usr/share/doc/package_name/index.<language>.html
 /usr/share/doc/package_name/otherpages.<language>.html
 /usr/share/doc/package_name/package_name.<language>.txt
 /usr/share/doc/package_name/package_name.<language>.pdf

This gives simpler time for APACHE to automatically select language for
HTML pages.

But also scatter them too.  Some pt_PT reader do not mind reading pt_BR.

This is my WISHLIST for the package installer.  Give them some generic
preferences (Choice of languages, choice of -dev package,
GTK/GNOME/AETONE interfaces, CRYPTO preferences, ...) then package
selection process should do these on its back ground.  Too many
selection now.
