No nothing is changed.  It's a plug in replacement.

Question to you, Javier.

In your script, LANGS and ORIG_LANGS are concatenated for most
dependency.  I wanted LANGS also contain "en" too.  Are these
meaningfull within Makefile or affect ather Makefiles?

This is to make build process separate for each language and extensions.
Sourceforge account does not have enough "quota" or something so I get
bounced quite a bit if I try intensive work.

Also I wanted to clean Makefile.
