I was just mentioning it because it is a BIOS and it is compiled by GCC,
so it was an argument that OpenWatcom is not a requirement to build
working BIOS code.

It should be fine to combine GPL-2 and LGPL-3. Also, if the BIOS is just
a separate thing from the virtual machine emulator itself, there should
be no problem having wildly different licenses. But of course, if
VirtualBox's emulator code heavily depends on their specific BIOS,
things are different.
