After this discussion, I'm still not sure what needs to be done in the
init script. Should we do:

-# Required-Start:    $local_fs $remote_fs
+# Required-Start:
 # Required-Stop:
+# X-Start-Before:    networking
-# Default-Start:     2 3 4 5
+# Default-Start:     S
 # Default-Stop:      0 1 6
