The release notes actually mention that the system should *not* be
upgraded from within an X session [1] which renders the point about
broken reboot buttons kinda moot.

The release notes also clearly say, that the system should be rebooted
after a dist-upgrade.

Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
