Currently each package's PTS page lists RFA'd packages among
dependencies and I think this is a good way for notifying interested
maintainers about RFA-s.
Maybe listing RFS-s would also drive interested maintainers towards
sponsoring some uploads and even starting to work with the new contributors.

PS: I assume that PTS support is not there since backupninja's PTS page
does not list RFS for hwinfo.
