Given that dh doesn't support build-arch or build-indep, I guarantee that
it's a lot more than a minority of packages that are affected. I believe
the numbers cited elsewhere in this thread were for a build process that
attempted to probe whether build-arch and build-indep were supported
first, not one that just blindly used them.
