Let's make it even more interesting, let's say a has:
  Copyright (C) 2006 Person A
b has:
  Copyright (C) 2007 Person B
and c has:
  Copyright (C) 2007 Person A
  Copyright (C) 2008 Person B
or even a file d which has:
  Copyright (C) 2008 Person A

What I now would put in debian/copyright is:
  Copyright (C) 2006-2008 Person A
  Copyright (C) 2007-2008 Person B
