Actually, there is, as installing libjpeg7-dev would break some of OOos
r-b-deps...
Will try hack around this for trying a build with libjpeg7
(it's not as you couldn't have done, too, though, most of the build-deps
could easily be disabled with one-line-changes in debian/rules - will
then use the embedded code copy/disable the feature)...)
