First, I am not saying that we can't learn from bugzilla. It just seems to me that people are pushing for what amounts to a reimplementation of bugzilla (I think it was Steve who pointed that out). We can certainly learn from it, and I think we should. As far as the BTS being far too complex, I would have to wholeheartedly disagree. I'd like to know in what way(s) you consider it too complex.
