Ok. I think I understand now: Pseudo-headers things like:
 XS-X-Vcs-Svn: svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-vim/trunk/packages/vim
and this:
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/qa/trunk/pts/www/bin/common.py?op=file
near the bottom of the page.
