I wrote every maintainer of every package that build-depended on xaw8
asking if they needed it. I gave them quite a bit of time to respond, and
no one spoke up, so I dropped it. Everyone has been informed. I'd be
surprised if xaw3d couldn't just change back to xaw7, unless it truly needs
the xprint support.
