Certainly does: this is a LUN on a HP EVA8000 (dual HSV210 controllers)
via dual fabric:

\_ 0:0:0:9 sde 8:64  [active][ready]
\_ 0:0:1:9 sdf 8:80  [active][ready]

\_ 1:0:1:9 sdh 8:112 [active][ready]

and using iostat shows traffic across all four paths.
