The only thing I'd modify is the 50 users thingy - drop that, because - as 
Ingo says - it's hard to tell, on the assumption that if there are enough 
Debian *and* upstream people to maintain kernel, toolchain, libc, 
boot-loader and Debian installer (d-i or other), there is enough 
justification for the port.

So 'm68k is having difficulty showing 50 users' becomes 'will m68k get a 
working gcc4 within a reasonable timeframe' which is easier to demonstrate.

(I'm *not* just bashing m68k here.  There are other arches where gcc4 ICEs, 
too, and there was quite a bit discussion about non-working kernels on 
certain SPARC variants IIRC.)

That said, I can live with the 50 users idea.
