That would need quite some extra code to work. Wanna-build gets its
input from running quinn-diff, which parses the Packages- and
Sources-files. Doing this using the announce mailinglist would require
quite some work to parse such mails into something wanna-build can
fathom.

Of course, that doesn't mean it's impossible (this is Free Software,
everything is possible), just that it's easier to wait for the w-b
admins to do their job than to start setting up a w-b db of your own.

And, aren't we all lazy? ;-)
