I probably run dselect on one of my systems at least once a day. I've
been using dselect since at least 2000, and my finger-memory is keyed to
it. As for aptitude, I find the interface way too distracting, too many
bright/changing colors, and curses-based programs shouldn't have
menubars or popup dialogs... If I wanted that kind of interface, I'd
just use Synaptic (and I sometimes do).
