From what I have seen it will be in roughly similiar shape as alpha and ia64, both of which still have various 64bit bugs. There aren't very many amd64 specific bugs left. The main bugs that have been found recently are things like gcc 3.4 requiring minor changes and sources not using fPIC, which is already a policy violation anyway. Chris
