Two hundred well-aimed bullets, from what I've heard[1].  Or, at the very
least, break the little shits' fingers so they can't send the e-mail.

[1] Basically all of the world's spam is sent by less than 200 individuals,
the vast majority of whom are based in the US.  Yay rampant capitalism.
