No.  Anthony believes whole-heartedly that because of the changes in the
SC sarge cannot be released.  As the release manager, he has challenged
the Technical Committee and/or GR to overturn his decision[1].  Agree or
disagree, we have only but to follow the red tape.

I would prefer to get an expedient confirmation or overturn from the
Technical Committee[2], after which we can either go about fixing the
new RC bugs as interpreted by AJ or propose the GR.
