He is not communicating. I've been doing work for debian for a long
time, a hell of a lot more work than the Joe Average DDs created last
year. So it can't be my will to work.

And nobody complained about the quality of my work so far. The only
thing could be that I'm not the best at choosing my words and thus
stamp on peoples feet from time to time. But I allways had a more
positive than negative reaction overall in such cases. So it can't
be my ability to do the work.

I'm willing and able and have demonstrated both over the years. So
what do I have to change to convince him? Tell me and I will try to
archive that or go away and give up on Debian.
