Taking work and not doing it is more detrimental to the community
than not doing it at all. Complaining about it is an apropriate
conduct above a certain dosage, though it is arguably hard to do without
unnecessary flaming.  (Where the exact dose of necessary flaming is very
dependent on the acuteness of the problem and other subjective factors.)

From the thread so far I have the (possibly wrong) impression that
now we are seeing a complaint about assumed work not done, and
not a complaint about assistance offer not taken.
