Exactly. This is why I'm not really interested in trying to make any
conversions.

I'm going to have to do more testing. In fact, the wider testing the better.
Would you mind grabbing the lprngtool from unstable, and seeing what it says
about your printcap?

The other part of the problem is printcap entries generated with the
lprngtool in stable/testing use a filter that isn't in the lprngtool in
unstable, and this is where the breakage occurs.
