Sorry, that would appear to have been my fault.
(last time I tested the mutt G (group rely) and L (list reply) functions
they both honoured the Mail-Followup-To header (unless I was mistaken),
but now it would appear that only the L (list reply) function does - I
will have to keep an eye on this)
