That's not acctualy true, because there is a GNOME burning program made by Dropline, and is called Optimystic. It's not ready yet, too - but it's goal is to use libburn, instead of cdrecord, as most programs do.
That's why I asked when you are going to upload it. I'm not against you uploading that piece of software. I'm only trying to get more info about the package and its status.
I agree with you - Optimystic appears to have good goals, but it can't even burn CD's yet :)
