Why can't you include a download script in the existing anti-virus
package that this is supposed to be useful to?  Why is saying "want the
test data?  Run 'apt-get install eicar-installer'" better than saying
"want the test data?  Run 'wget http://eicar.com/...' or "run
/usr/lib/anti-virus/eicar-download"?
