The bug is now resolved, so the current version of openssl includes
i686 libraries again. Also I tuned the sparc optimisation for v9 and
included one for v8 (although I don't know if the v8 directory is
used). The v9 code has a speedup of about factor 10 !!

Please test and give me some feedback.
