I guess that would be the best way to handle this.
Other way would be to add a "fixed in version" tag; so one can track
where it is fixed. That doesn't honour the version when the bug was
introduced, though... :-(
But there was a design document on a new Debbugs system some time ago.
i'm confident that they'll do some good stuff ;)
