Syntax of Packages/Sources file, case question

Hi,

I have a small question about the case (upercase/lowercase) used in
the Packages/Sources file:

% cat Packages Sources | grep -i origin: | sort | uniq -c
     10 Origin: Debian
     11 Origin: debian
      4 origin: debian

Which one is correct? Are some of them bugs?
