Mplayer (almost) fully Free/GPL software?!

divx4linux is not GPL, and this file belongs to divx4 support
if you don't use divx4 or xvid (neither of them is gpl) thsi file is not
used

they (divx4/xvid authors) should include this in their lib but they don't do
so for unknown reason :(

So there are some bits of code licensed under other parts non-DFSG
compatible, but removing them should solve the problem.

mplayer has already a debian tree under it, so it seems someone was
working with upstream to get it ready.
