In fact, I packaged it because I was *using* it at the time, which is
after all the "one true reason" for packaging things around here.
Couldn't quite justify adding it to task-devel, though, even though it
has a larger-than-one-might-expect user community (there's more code
in written intercal than in unlambda, for example, though to be fair,
intercal is just over 30 years old.)
Granted, if it were a full blown gcc front-end, I probably wouldn't
have packaged it; as-is, it is actually quite small.
