Well it is more of a prototype than anything. 

However, I wat pointed at this patch to apt by Steven Fuerst
<svf@mssl.ucl.ac.uk> that also implements an apt-src command and is
probably much more potentially frontend friendly.

The two apt-src's have a similar interface, but varying feature sets
unfortunatly, and I'm attached to some of the features of mine (the ones
that let a non-root user use it, mainly). Not sure what to do now.
