bayonne must have been removed because Common C++ was removed.  Ironically,
it was only _after_ it was removed that the fixed package (waiting in
queue/new) was finaly processed.  The bug was a problem with the library
soname, so the only way to fix it was to change the name of the package.

In most cases, the removals are justified, and I accept them as necessary to
get the release out.  But in this case, the bugfix had been uploaded two
weeks ago with urgency=medium.
