Here's what I use:

if (/^Subject: .*(±¤°í|ks_c_5601-|GB2312|EUC-KR)/ || \
    /^Content-Type: .*charset=.*ks_c_5601-/ || /content=.*charset=euc-kr/)
   to mail/spam

The string "±¤°í" seems to be some generic tag for "spam" in Korean(?), it
seems. Something like "ADV" that I've noticed in a few English spams.
