What Redhat calls the package is irrelevant.  Redhat's non-compliance with
the Apache license (if indeed they are not compliant) has nothing to do with
Debian.  It also doesn't matter whether Apache cares that Debian is
non-compliant.  Unless we have an official letter from Apache saying that we
can call our package "Apache", then we are in violation and we should fix
this.  It may not be the most important thing for us to do right now, but it
should at least be on the list.
