Should be rather easy to do.

That seems to be a bit more work to do, but is still not that hard.

Since we are now at least 3 people interested in this, I would appreciate it. 
Who should be contacted for creating such a list ? I could set one up, but I 
would be happier if it could run on lists.debian.org.
