I was wondering abuot the meaning of common-licenses. If its purpose is to
save disk space, then we sould have a copy of any publicly availabe DFSG
compliant license used in Debian packages. If so, common does not make sense
to me.
Put it under /usr/share/doc/ is another good issue.

I don't think that this will make it less useful, but i'm reailzing that
perhaps we need to formalize, not the meaning of common or supported, but
which kind of license may be included in such a directory.
