The main problem is, that if you have a dynamic NAT/Masquerading Gateway
it's IP Address would be the endpoint for incoming connections. But it cant
forward them to the client cause it does not know which one is meant.
Phonepatch is a software which solves that, you have to go on a web site and
say which member you want to reach and then connect... so the next
connection will be routed to the choosen target.
