I think such above words are very typical for these official Debian
developers who don't want to understand reasonable frustrations of
long-waiting applicants but these DDs rather prefer to stay in their own
world of imaginations about NM process and their rights to moral judgements
on applicants. But I think this is _real_ problem just only for these DDs.
